This Hawaiian Islands Blend whole bean coffee offers a light roasted flavor with a macadamia nut aroma. It has a creamy caramel flavor and offers a sweet finish. We blend Kauai coffee with the highest grown coffee from the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico for a sweet, clean, and sophisticated cup.

Product Description

A relative newcomer to coffee production, coffee trees were planted on the garden isle of Kauai in 1987. Botanical varieties including Red Catuai, Yellow Catuai, Typica, Blue Mountain, and Mundo Novo contribute to the complexity that can be found in the great coffees of Kauai. We blend this coffee with the highest grown coffee from the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico for a sweet, clean, and sophisticated cup.

Instructions

BREWING TIP: Use cold, filtered water and a clean machine.
GRIND only as much as you need for one cup or one pot of coffee.
CHOOSE the correct grind. Fine for espresso, medium for automatic drip, coarse for French Press.
MEASURE ground coffee to taste. Start with two level tablespoons of ground coffee per six ounces of cold filtered or bottled water.
STORE in an airtight container to protect the flavor and aroma and ensure rich, fresh tasting coffee. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
